babyblastoff took our graded production patterns to a factory here in Albuquerque. Their kids line is out in the market place!  A refreshing approach to what kids can wear that transcends stereotypical gender looks for boys and girls. It's made and sold locally, although I'm sure it's reach will soon change.

eNorm a line of sleek yoga wear is now  in production in New Mexico.

We completed st. claire designs' collection inc graded patterns and oversaw samples made here in New Mexico.  It’s imported fabrics are a standout.

yogademocracy a yoga line start up line with available product online soon.

2013

So far this year we are working with 3 new start ups, more news after they launch. Here’s a partial list of our clients for 2013 who are open for business.

Aaluuka, “studio to street” is in another production cycle. Great news for a company that is only 2 years old.

Apifeni, yoga, active wear, daywear is expanding after only a few years since their start up.

Gegi Fashions has made her luxury dress/tops line available and opened her web site.

pattern-design.com is working in the Design Studio.

Separate Six special needs clothing for children begins production.

Suits USA, Inc is busy filling orders.

Koolmono, a Japanese inspired kid’s line of kimono’s in delightful prints. Her patterns are production ready now.

2012

This year we helped many clients with their start ups. It’s a sign of renewed creativity and experimentation that people are once again making new products. Launches have been slow going since 2008 but we are headed in a new direction. A number of these bold people have not yet gone to market so I will wait to announce their products when they do.

Aaluuka, an all made in the US (and hip product), has made a successful “studio to street” launch this year.  I am seeing the gear on women even in Albuquerque. For more visit aaluuka.com

pattern-design.com has completed 3 flight suit styles especially fitted for the female body that have been in works for 2 years. We will post that work soon.

In the meantime if you need to outfit your helicopter crews with made to measure coveralls look up Suits USA,Inc  at oursuitsfit.com  They have new owners, new patterns (thanks to us) and a new cad system that is cranking out flight and coverall suits for men and women.

Sierra Peaks and Marpac are 2 companies that we have been working with in Albuquerque.

In October we began working with Koolmono, a print kimono kids line that is delightful.

2011

Patterns and prototypes for an apparel utility patent on women’s specific flight suits were completed.  In 2010 pattern-design discovered that women were wearing men’s flight suits, there was no female fit only custom orders or tailored to fit suits for women. We introduced a patent pending garment to a few flight suit manufacturers. We worked with SuitsUSA, a custom flight suit and coverall maker, to update the fit and computerize the patterns for their men’s suits. Our innovator this year is Aaluuka, an exciting start up takes fitted pants and tops from the workout studio to the streets. The line will be introduced in 2012. We worked with Mantra on designing and patterning their sustainable uniform line. We also worked on a designer dress line, plus size dress line, high end golf line and firemen’s jackets and pants, printed T shirt group.

2010

We are happy to continue to work with Benchmark, Sense, Armorshield, Point Clothing, Melons & Peaches and a few others who are waiting to announce their start ups. This year : Discovery Trekking owner/talent/entrepreneur Leslie Hanes is working with us on developing apparel and related products. We have delivered a few styles to Alessandra of Lalas Pequenos as well as Anna Elmore’s, Goddess Gear production patterns. We are developing a nursing top line with Cassandra Brainard. Katey O’Neil is also keeping us busy with her designer line launch. In a few months we will be able to reveal 2 new projects, one is a sports related line and the other is an apparel utility patent that we have been developing since March.

2009

New clients this year:we helped Point Clothing’s owner Denise Silveira launch a business casual separates line, Noor a designer suit and blouse line and Whitten Grey, a designer girl's dress and separates line. Also we have completed a men's flight suit for the Mars mission.

2008

New clients: And more design work for us with Melons & Peaches Lingerie a plus size line. Then we took on a couture quality bridal line by Alisa Benay. Also new for us were: Adooka a designer kid's line, Dallybrand an updated western shirt line for women riders and enthusiasts, Armorshield a uniform line, Sea Goddess swim wear line and Plentty a large size skirt line.

2007

Most importantly we took on more design work; Pattern-Design was hired to design a high end lingerie line for the start up company La Coi Mondain. We took the line from concept through production: designed, sketched, completed presentation boards, designed laces, created new fabrication and trim treatments, designed prints, created color themes and chose base fabrics for a fashion forward look and fit. We delivered the "fit" prototypes and production patterns to the Hong Kong factory. The line is now in it's 1st phase of production and we will post it's progress which is slated for a 2008 opening.

In addition to working with our ongoing clients, we have picked up new ones: Harlot Wear, Olimac Mfg.Corp, HyPERCEPTION, and many start ups that we will report on when they are ready to show.
