Intro to the Design Studio

Over the years we have provided our clients with patterns and production help in order to lead them toward a successful product. In most cases we have been there for the design process and found benefits to combining design with production. Concepts that have the entire process in view reduce production time and waste.

In the design studio we can conceptualize with the client then take the apparel product entirely from idea to end use.

Here’s an example of our own shirt line “Alto” born out of the need for an outstanding fit on a women’s western shirt. We started by draping a classic style with a slim but comfortable fit then cut it in a high end fabric. After perfecting the first style #100 “Classic-High End” we created multiple versions on the same theme using more affordable fabrics and with a less traditional appeal.

The line is production ready.
